What are the costs of a subscription?
You can buy our courses for €9,95 per course which will give you one year access. For companies we offer a subscription of our full library. For more information please contact our dedicated team here.
How do I purchase a course?
Under AI Shop you can select the course you want to buy. Add the product to your basket, select the payment method and place and pay the order. Once the payment has been completed you will receive an e-mail with an activation code.
How do I activate the code that I received through e-mail?
Follow the instructions in the e-mail and activate the code in your account. Once the code is activated, you will immediately get access to the course.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash, PayPal, and SOFORT banking.
Can I get a refund for the course I purchased?
If you haven't activated the code that you received after payment, you can get a full refund if you cancel your order within 14 days. Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order if you already activated the code.
Can I transfer the course that I purchased to someone else instead of returning them?
No, you cannot transfer the course that you purchase to someone else. The course can only be activated once and is solely meant to use within your own account.
